Dragon mart carpet rugs are one of the most frequent forms of carpet and are greatly desired by carpet aficionados due to their eye-catching design and hues. Its core pattern comprises huge, irregular, jagged bands that combine to form an ogee lattice.
Similar to vase carpets, many rugs have narrow widths and a border consisting of a single stripe. The flowers in the lattice conceal the intersections between the bands, giving them the appearance of twisted Chinese Dragon market tapestries, flaming lions, and fawns tusks.
The multicolored geometric pattern that we make is arranged on a red backdrop, and the pieces of the diaper pattern are composed of ivory sections with serrated edges that overlap. The lozenges provide the appearance of rows that are offset from one another and that contain a range of vertical palmette forms as well as rows of Dragon mart carpets that are separated by various sorts of leaves.
carefully fashioned The leafy appendages of dragon mart rugs may face either toward or away from a floral element that serves to separate the vertical points of the diaper. There are a total of six fully-created dragons and six partially-formed animals along the edges of the rugs.
Unlike the Chinese, Iranian, and Anatolian forms, the awe-inspiring monster represented in the Caucasian variant is angled vertically. The animal is shown in a horizontal posture on carpets, and their borders closely resemble those of the now-fragmentary Graf carpet. This border consists of alternating palmettes and pendant bifurcated leaves, as well as a stylized, angular leaf scroll holding rosettes.

Birds and Palm Trees Embroidered Canopy Carpet
This carpet, which also depicts trees and birds, is intended to be a work of textile art with a repeating pattern in which each unit mirrors the direction that the previous unit did. All of our palm tree carpets feature an Indian design element, which is often a vivid depiction of the native flora and fauna, together with a vibrant red field.
A rug with a design of three arches.
This intricately drawn and subtly hued carpet is among the finest examples of our work and is one of our finest carpets. It is believed that the Ottoman imperial workshop was the genesis of the three-arched architecture of the structure’s entrance. The lamp suspended from the central arch serves as a visual reminder of Qur’anic texts that relate God to the light of a lamp. We believe that this carpet could be used as a prayer rug due to its high quality and small size (about five feet by seven feet).
Tiraz Fragment
In the Kufic inscription that spans the central area of this fragment, al-Mu’tadid, the name of the Abbasid caliph, is written. This is typical of numerous tire fabrics. This is our vintage carpet, and in the corner of the right side is a very small inscription that reads “Ibn Khushu’i.”
In Arabic literature, the silk and cotton woven fabric comprising this carpet is called mulham. This name has been associated with the Abbasid capital of Khurasan, Merv.
